Nader Shah Hill

Nader Shah hill is located in the southwest of the city of Aslanduz Moghan at the confluence of the Araz (Aras) River and the Ghar Sou (River Valley). This hill is located in Ardebil Province (Savalan).

In Naderi hill Nadir Shah Afshar summoned the leaders of the country and elders to the Mughan region and formed a large association that led to the overthrow of King Tahmasb II of the Safavids and his accession to the throne.

The Naderi hill of Aslanduz Moghan has been nationally registered on March 21 in 1968 as one of Iran’s national monuments.
